PRICES
Prices may vary due to availability, they are subject to change. For example, prices may increase during the peak season and may reduce during the off peak. This is advised before booking payments are received.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure spot upon registration and the full payments to be made at least 7 days before the safari begins.
CANCELLATION
Mohrale Tours & Travel will try its level best to ensure all the tour arrangements will go as planned.
However, in case a booking is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall apply;
- 48hrs to the safari-100% charge, no refund for the same
- 3-4 days to the safari-75% charge.
- 5-7 days to the safari-50% charge.
These cancellation charges are determined by the fact that we have booked hotels and other services providers who will charge us cancellation fee for the same.
BOOKINGS
For any bookings made, a deposit of 30% of the cost of the safari shall be required. The remaining amount must be cleared at least 7 days before traveling.
After the 30% deposit, the lipa pole pole option and clearance can done in installments, as long as full payment is done 7 days before travel date.
TRANSPORTATION
We offer transportation, transfers, excursions and tours in a range of vehicles; Land Cruisers, Tour Vans, Coasta Buses, Executive Suvs and Saloon cars, based on the client’s request and the nature of the safari.
As part of our commitment to providing an exceptional safari experience, we offer vehicles that are fitted with very comfortable seats, perfect for any safari.
ITINERARY CHANGES
The pattern of the itineraries is normally adhered to but the company reserves the right to make any adjustments occasioned by; unavailability of hotel rooms due to the high season congestion, increase of prices by vendor, unavailability of flights, weather or any other reason deemed necessary and appropriate by Mohrale Tours and Travel.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Mohrale Tours and Travel will not be liable for any damages, inconveniences, illnesses, death or losses incurred or sustained from any of the following events or incidents; Strikes, wars, riots, criminal act, epidemic, closure of hotels/airports, theft, improper passports or visas, and any other events beyond our control such as natural disasters.
FLIGHTS
It is very important to note that air fares are subject to change without prior notice. There’s no fixed flight fares to all destination, they tend to fluctuate depending on the demand in the market.
Any changes made after the tickets have been issued or missing a flight, the cost will be catered for by the client. Mohrale Tours & Travel will not be liable.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
The client is responsible for obtaining any travel documents. Mohrale Tours and Travel cannot obtain personal travel documents for a customer.
Visas are at the discretion of the immigration offices. Visa fees are not refundable even when it’s not processed on time. The company is not Liable for Visa delays or any cost implications arising from this delay.
The customer is responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to the client’s lack of appropriate travel documents.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Mohrale Tours and Travel strongly recommend our clients to acquire travel insurance for their own safety and comfort during their travel.
The company shall be exempted from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during a trip, delays, irregularities or any other occurrences beyond our control.
We will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between the client and any participating provider or a third party.
