3 Days 2 Nights Masai Mara National Reserve

Your safari is about to start and we are excited about getting going as you are. We’re really looking forward to meeting you, introducing you to your guide, and taking you out on the first steps of your safari.

One of our favorite places to look for wildlife in Kenya is the Masai Mara National Reserve. That’s because the wildlife here is incredible, with big cats(lions, leopards, and cheetahs) and elephants among the highlights.

You’ll sleep in modern rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge. The rooms are surrounded by acacia and other trees and there’s a large swimming pool and a good restaurant. Best of all you’re in a quiet area right alongside the Masai Mara National Reserve where you’ll see lots of wildlife.

DAY 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

One of our favorite places to look for wildlife in Kenya is the Masai Mara National Reserve. That’s because the wildlife here is incredible, with big cats(lions, leopards, and cheetahs) and elephants among the highlights.

You’ll also love the warm light and cooler temperatures as we take you out to explore on your evening game drives. This time of the day is when both predators and preys are most active and it can feel as though anything could happen at any moment. This is when you’ll most enjoy being on safari.

DAY 2: Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy longer in the Masai Mara National Reserve, getting to know its many natural charms

Enjoy an early morning game drive at Masai Mara National Reserve. This is the perfect time to experience the wildlife and the landscapes they inhabit. The light is soft and warm-perfect for photography and most animals are out and about.
